The best cars, super price, good choice of locations ane stupid site

They will find false excuses if you don't upgrade what you ordered. The business model is oriented to enterprise/corporate levels and others levels are strongly pushed to upgrade. Not recommended at all but if you do, upgrade your product immediately (no entry level)!

Enterprise pretends to have a good customer service and to be able to quickly provide replacement cars in case of natural disasters.THIS IS NOT THE CASE. Our car was victim of the 3. October 2015 flood in Mandelieu, France, like dozens of other rental cars of Enterprise. We did not get a replacement car, because of the fact that our car was in a flooded underground parking and could not be retrieved. We could therefore not prove that we did not steal and resell the car.The customer service has become completely unresponsive. Not reachable by phone. Does not reply to any emails etc. This situation persists for longer than a month now. And they billed my credit card, without first getting in contact with me and agree on the amount to bill. I'm not ready to pay for the days the car was under water.I also wrote several emails to their CEO. Mr. Taylor. He is the same as his customer service: No Answer!Avoid that company. It's cheaper than other, but does not help you and only causes problems if something happens.

Never had a good experience with Enterprise in my life. Not only is the website clunky, full of damaging ads, and misleading, but the service is actually much worse than all of its competitors. Problems stem from management all the way down to the salespeople, who are more interested in upgrading your rental than actually providing good customer service. They're a bunch of crooks.

Aside from good car rental experiences, the site is trusted.
