Traded 115 coins for USDT - trade went thru and zero coin balance and zero USDT credit. Customer service response was it's too small to register. Was told if a person don't like it go trade somewhere else. I guess they just keep my coin then. Owner said exchange was hacked months ago - all USDT changed to EBDT token that has no value - a debit token they will repay someday - maybe in years. Months later they reopened again for trade. Trade fees doubled from .2% to .4% and high minimums to trade - so no small amounts can trade. New site is full of bugs now, very slow and lots of stuff just don't work at all. Very lucky if there even is a customer service reply back to anyhting asked or any problem.
