Personally, I've ordered several items from them without any problems whatsoever. While the shipping time may be really slow, what most people don't understand is that ALL flash sale sites work like this, regardless of what people may otherwise believe (deal-a-day sites are a whole different story, but as for flash sale sites like Gilt, Hautelook, Jackthreads, and, of course Fab, they all take a long time to ship stuff, simply because of the way they run their order processing)... So, I don't know why other people are complaining of spam issues, poor customer service, and such, because for one, Fab has never spammed me or any of my about 15 friends that consistently use it, nor has their customer service been bad at all. In fact, they have one of the best support teams I've ever encountered on ANY deal-a-day or flash sale website! As a final note, for those of you complaining about slow shipping, as long as you want to order from these types of sites, get used to waiting a while to receive your product! I guess that's the probably the downside of paying a lot less for items from these sites, if you get what I mean... Anyway, I'll just end on this note: If you're looking to buy a gift from here, I would highly recommend AGAINST doing so, due to the slow shipping. -talkinrock
