Is familyinfocus.co.nz Safe?

My wife used to be a very regular visitor to this site under it's original name of MUMSreview, but after buying tickets in some raffles that never got drawn, and having paid postage on some items for review that never arrived, we gave up. My wife has since passed away. I have seen and heard some really horrible stories about what goes on behind the scenes of this site, and their message boards seem to get very little activity despite comments from the site owner that imply her site is amazingly busy. Too many contradictory stories that just don't add up. Her facebook page seems to have the only real activity going on, and even that is mostly the page owner complaining she is broke and begging for money, stuff, and votes in competitions, or links to competitions on other peoples' pages. Based on everything I have seen and read, I don't trust this site at all, and nothing I have seen since then gives me reason to either.
