Is fhserve.com Safe?

I voted to treat fhserve.com as suspicious only because of Firefox blocking the website on the basis of it somehow being untrustworthy. Otherwise, some scans or searches mentioned below don't report the same thing at all. So, the warning posted by Pianosa on July 11th, 2014 might need updating, for ***** says that ***** "is identified by 1 scanning engine" and it's MyWot.com, not any websites that run scanners. ***** has only 1 out 62 scanners reporting fhserve.com as malicious and the scanner is Webutation, which is referred to again near the end of this comment. Firefox's blocking of fhserve.com is based on what I guess is reputation and if this is the case, then perhaps Firefox's database needs updating as well. McAffee Threat Intelligence says "minimal risk" for fhserve.com, ***** Norton Safe Web scan reports zero computer and identity threats and the same clean rating is given for annoyances. Norton also says fhserve.com is in the Netherlands, ***** ***** says nothing's detected at fhserve.com for malware, website blacklisting, injected spam and defacements, but also says that a website firewall isn't detected and that this is of "medium risk", ***** . Web Security Guard says that fhserve.com is suspicious because it's "been reported as a provider of pop up windows during user sessions", but WSG also says that Google Advisory's database has nothing about fhserve.com being used for malware or phishing. PhishTank Advisory also has nothing. ***** Pop up windows shouldn't suffice for treating a website as suspicious when people are using a browser with security add-ons or features like NoScript, RequestPolicy and AdBlock Plus for Firefox, f.e. People who aren't should be. WebSense "ACEInsight", aceinsight.websense.com, has a filter category check at ***** and this reports fhserve.com for popups and advertisements, only. ***** seems to rate fhserve.com as 40/10 but also has green checkmarks for Google Safebrowsing, Website Antivirus as well as "G-Rated / Child Safety". Otoh, Webutation also says that fhserve.com or the search or scan of it "is getting redirected to i.fhserve.com". WoT or MyWoT rates i.fhserve.com red for child safety and trustworthiness but there're no comments by any WoT users https://www.mywot.com/en/scorecard/i.fhserve.com This is all a little confusing given that Firefox blocks fhserve.com based on considering it untrustworthy.
