This site will search many upload sites and there is always a risk that one of those sites might contain malware. The site itself is rated "clean" by over 50 antispyware/antimalware engines (the ratings were zero out of 30 and zero out of 40). Guys, it's the files hosted on the external websites that contain malware, not the site itself. I've been using this site for YEARS and never got anything bad from it nor from the files I downloaded. Of course you have to be careful for what you download. Downloading an exe file is surely riskier than downloading, let's say, a mp3 file. It all falls on you, to be careful enough and choose your files with wisdom! I use Chrome with both AdBlock and McFee Site Advisor to keep all the popups away and the page is actually popups free. I've never had a problem with this site, it's obvious you have to be careful not to click on the sponsored links. Sponsored links and popups aside (I've never seen their content though, because when I first discovered the site I already had AdBlock installed so I can only speak for what I read on the comments posted here), it's a very good site for searching rare files on many file-sharing sites. I'll say that again: I never got a virus. And my pc is fast and clean after years of filestube.com usage. Just use your brain!

WHY cant you people understand its a search engine used to search threw hundreds of thousands of file hosting sites , typically people will use this for music/movies etc etc so far i have had no problems with music not tried movies yet , for your best protection against anything use adblocker and adblocker+ along with noScript :NOTE: i use Firefox and have maxed out how secure i can get it if your using IE or google chrome you will be more at risk also take into consideration do not I REPEAT DO NOT CLICK the sponsored links those send you to infected sites that will get you infected no doubt about that as a in any case a search engine like that is bound to have its flaws but you cant really do anything about that... if you dont know what your doing then dont vist the site , however if you do then feel free to find what your looking for till your hearts content PS.get comodo i assure you it will solve alot of your problem and will also alert you of anything suspicious or a program thats infected etc etc it alerts you to alot of things
