Is fineartamerica.com Safe?

Their support team is very slow in responding to security vulnerabilities. They've been vulnerable to a very serious attack from at least July 25, 2014 to at least October 18, 2014. The risk is one with a very narrow attack vector, that would take a competent developer less than a day to fix, so there is no excuse for not having it fixed in 2 months. The only response that has been given to my attempts at educating them about the vulnerability (and how to fix it) has been skepticism that there even is a vulnerability, silence after I gave them full details on specific attacks (complete with reproduction steps for them to verify), and a deleted forum post when I attempted to educate other users on how to protect themselves (without giving details on how to actually exploit the issue).

i joined them before christmas 2012 and hoped to raise money for the Connecticut shooting with my artwork a person i know personally purchased 4 art cards and i still have not received the funds discusted was supposed to receive the money via Pay pal... sick and i have taken all my work off and they still are showing my work on google search even though i informed google plus the pay for site is a con i payed and got no links for my face book and the twitter is just portal for there blogs to their site you cannot download a profile.. i am so sick i wanted to raise money for a good cause stay away very sinister site !!!

This is an art site, you can make money here, quite a bit actually, but you have to put work in it, just like any other site. No it's not true that you won't make money in the free site, but it is limited so you won't make a huge impact there. Yes there are nudes there, it's an art site, they have nudes. I can't speak about spam, I never got any, you have to be on a mailing list in order to get from them. Anyway, as a seller, you can have a chance to make a living here. As a buyer you have a great selection of high quality prints to choose from.
