I responded to an onsite technician job posting on ***** for this company and was hired. I am qualified but the company did not verify my background nor check any references. This means they take any resume at face value and let any technician perform complicated network/computer repair/virus removal/data backup in people’s homes, while charging the consumer $99hr. I performed three calls in my area during the first pay period, then submitted my invoice and did another call shortly after that. I waited three weeks for my check (you submit your calls on the 22nd of each month and receive a check within 5-7 business days) while calls were still being dispatched to me. I decided not to do any calls because at this point I hadn’t received my check and had read online about how this company doesn’t pay their techs. I wrote an email to ***** (the person in charge of payroll) and stated that it had been three weeks and I still hadn’t received my check and I wasn’t going to take any more calls until my check was received and deposited. She replied “Ok, that is not a problem. Your payment has been stopped.” I then called the company and they informed me that I had given out my contact information to 2 out of the 4 customers so they do not have to pay me. This is not true, the reason why they did not pay me is because they were never going to pay me, and because I refused to take anymore calls they just decided to drop me. Upon investigating this company further, this has happened to numerous technicians all over the country. The company also operates under two different names, and states its located in Miami Florida, well it’s not! It’s actually located in Lima Peru!(Ca. Bolivar 151 Lima, Miraflores) I accumulated 10 local numbers the company uses ranging from CA to GA to MA and they all went to the same people in Lima Peru! I really don’t care about my $200; I just want this company to be held accountable for their scams. This has been going on since 2007 and the owner is making millions as he doesn’t pay techs profiting at their expense. They also only pay the techs in their remote services department (in Lima Peru) between 2 & 9 dollars and hr. These people are not certified, I often wondered why my emails where written with grammatically incorrect English, and every time I called I had a person with a noticeable accent. Please Help spread the word. Also check this site (http://www.ripoffreport.com/reports/0/389/RipOff0389473.htm) this is were I obtained the inner workings of this un-ethical “organization”
