Is fixya.com Safe?

It seems as some other users have mentioned it abuses Search results, but more concerning the site redirected to one of those 'your device is infected' blah blah blah scams, that even wanted permission to vibrate my phone (obviously not granted), which stopped allowing back and tried to mimic the os ui.

I don't know how this site got so high up on google's results. Nothing useful at fixya.com. It just displays text similar to your googled input, and makes it look like a Q&A forum. With spam or dead "click for more" links. Recommend add fixya.com and ***** to HOSTS file.

Lying website. I volunteered some fix information ages ago, it sends me a spam email saying my solutions helped 2,700 people. It even gave me a link to the most-popular solution of mine (I'm techie and can write, so I wanted to review my progress over the years). Clicking on the link brought me to a generic index page. Whilst their link had a UID in it that made them able to count that my email is still live and in use. For spam purposes. C*nts, offering nothing to the human race. Or basically ANYTHING other than the one you're after.

I felt this was misleading. Partly due to ranking it gets in Google when topic does not really match the question. On topic of car indicator problems many much more relevant sites were further down the results. Have wasted time on this in the past and had blocked it using chrome extension previously.

Site provides a direct "hit" in google about what problem I'm looking at, but when I get to the site, there's nothing there do to with my issue. I was looking for info on a malfunctioning electric heater. The search said it had the problem "solved". When I went to the site, it gave me a bunch of results for kerosene heater repairs, problems with hot water radiators, etc.

This site is at the top of a lot of tech searches and I occasionally accidentally click on it. There is no content to this site, it is a spammy vapid hole in the internet. If I could simultaneously permanently block this site and deliver an electric shock to each and every employee of this company, I would do so immediately.
