It appears that they finally fixed it. It used to be horribly broken.
Also, a number of other reviews complain about the pricing. It appears that since then they may have straightened out and simplified their pricing scheme.
Anyways, It is a font subscription site. It could be of value for web design. How much more value than free alternatives is a mystery.
For now I am listing this one as experimental.

They say that you can purchase fonts or download free fonts without having to create an account. I try to download a free font. It asks me to log in or create an account on the same page that claims you don't have to. Buying and downloading fonts here is legitimate, however; claiming you don't need an account and then asking to create one after the next step is not right.

Wurde hier von der Seite ***** hingeleitet wo es angeblich kostenlose Schriftarten gibt. Hier kosten die auf einmal 42 englische Pfund. Unten rechts steht noch "schön" was von "Kostenlose Webfonts". Klickt man drauf, soll man sich kostenlos registrieren oder gleich ein Abo abschließen. Ob man nach der Registrierung denn auch die Schriftart kostenlos kriegt, steht nicht dabei.

This is the site you are redirected to when visiting the Microsoft site looking for Microsoft fonts to download. The font I was looking for did display a price before downloading.

Vendre 120,00 euros une police de caractère que l'on trouve gratuitement sur Internet, c'est vraiment de l'abus. Site à proscrire pour éviter de se faire avoir en téléchargent les polices de ce site.

They charge stupid prices for fonts when you can legally download them from other sites.
