They have very bad customer service. Because they are angry for some reason I don't know they canceled a service I was subscribed to without any warning or warning message. (outbound SMTP) They also do not respond to messages until after several days. They also have hidden terms and services that are not what they say in their documentation.

All it does is forward your email if you own a domain name. Whoever added these negative tags was very confused. Let's take these erroneous tags one by one: [ADULT CONTENT]: Clearly false, as it only forwards email. There is no adult content. [SPAM]: Also false. Yes, if your email account receives spam, it will forward it along with the rest of your email, but that's hardly forwardemail.net's fault. [PRIVACY RISK]: This is the only tag which could even possibly be relevant, but it also turns out to be false. When you have a company forward your email, you have to trust them not to violate your privacy. ***** is actually more trustworthy for privacy than other companies I have seen: at the "free" level of service, you do not need to enter any private information, not even a credit card. Yes, it does not cost anything if you are only forwarding to one email address, and that made me suspicious, too. But it is not a scam. I've set it up twice now and it works. The company has been around since 2017 without any incidents. They have the most robust privacy policy I've seen anywhere which prevents them from reading your email or even storing it. They delete it as soon as it has been passed on to your actual email address. [SCAM]: False. It has been operating since 2017.

I really can't fathom why this site would have such a bad reputation... There's nothing wrong with it - it just provides mail forwarding / aliasing service. I'm sensing a competition war here...

It's an email forwarder, reports are false.

The reviews are fake. There is no adult content or stuff like that. It is just a simple email forwarder
