I've purchased many cameras and other hardware from this US version of the company. I've only had issue with one defective camera that they swapped out for me (postage paid). I think that people's expectations of what's possible, and what to expect should be adjusted to reality. These cameras are not as good or as expensive and the cameras in the city intersections but they are far better than the Q-See analog junk that Costco is selling.

Haven't had an issue with Foscam in the past year. I've ordered multiple cameras from them without any issue. Regarding the links to China in the other comment - they ARE based in China, so that isn't surprising. Regarding the blacklist, my guess it is a false positive due to the fact that they have a piece of software on their site to looks for their type of camera on your network It retrieves the IP address and port number of device. The software is called "IP Camera tool"

Asked for my email and name when I requested a live demo. Email for live demo contained two inactive links and a link to a site WOT flagged as red and labeled "china".
