Is foxybingo.com Safe?

I work for a rival Bingo site, but I have no doubt that this one does things by the book. Email mailing lists can be opted out, credit card details are safe. Chat rooms will be moderated. The site is obviously not suitable for children due to the nature of it. As for taking your money, they're a gambling site, not a charity ;-). They offer free £5 for signing up and when you do it without your card details it lets you and you then get the confirmation email that your account has been credited with the £5. But the £5 isn't credited. I waited 24 hours just in case it took a bit longer but nothing. I then contacted customer services to find out why. They told me it was because I didn't give them my card details. So I queried them as to why I had received the confirmation of the £5 and they said it was only an automated email and I would have to give them my card details. Very poor as a company, very poor customer services and a very poor excuse. Would never use them.

This site is not like normal bingo sites. Its too hectic on the eyes, Pop ups, pop ups and oh yes you guessed it. They also have a £30 minimum withdrawal limit to your bank account and they dont transfer back to Mastercard/Clydesdale Bank so you have to pay for a bank wire transfer and wait for your money!
