Is frankforttoyota.com Safe?

Deceptive practice (to promise me a second key and not put it on the paperwork is deceptive), threats (by the owner) and stalling tactics Refusing (not answering phone or returning my calls), a very unpleasant experience. I am posting this to warn others, get everything in writing. I will remove this post when I receive the key I was promised. I will get a key myself on the 22nd, after that the post will not be removed. The fact that the second key is not on my paperwork is the fault of the salesman and this is not why they should honer the promise they made to me. It appears that they do not value their own promises. The owner has now told me that he will not honor his promise because I have posted this complaint, which I posted because he made a veiled threat He stood up and said to me "we can do this the easy way or we can do this the other way." I felt threatened we he said that and I think that was his intention. I also filed a complaint with the BBB and Toyota of America headquarters not because they told me to wait 17 days for a key but because the owner became upset and used a veiled threat against me. Original post: I bought a used car from Toyota of Frankfort but it only had one key. I told the salesman I won't buy a car with one key so they promised they would get me a second key but after a week, nothing. I went down there to find out when they would give me a second key and the owner got mad at me and told me to wait another ten days. Very strange service in my opinion. I would not recommend them to a friend. I also had a problem with their service department. Their master mechanic replaced my timing belt, water pump and serpentine belts on my 2004 Solera but failed to properly tension the longer serpentine belt. copy of his response; Response from the owner 3 hours ago Rick, I'm surprised to see your review!!! Last night when you were here we agreed that I would call the previous customer since she said she had another key and get it for you. The reason I put making you a key until Monday the 27th was if we were not able to get the key from the customer I would have you one made. I reviewed your paperwork this morning and I didn't see on the paperwork where you were promised a second key. I don't feel we deserve your review based on we were only trying to help you get the key. In order for me to truly justify your review maybe I don't need to assist you in getting the additional key.
