Definitely not child safe, as the host talks openly about all sorts of messed up things. He also has disrespected the privacy of some users who revealed things to him. He is a conspiracy theorist who broadly paints people who disagree with him as corrupt. His community is largely depressed with an emphasis on questions that sound like "How do we live happily when we're so discouraged by the world falling into destruction?" With insufficient information, he'll decide that a parent fits some stereotype of an abuser and recommend that you get abusers out of your life. When criticized on this, he'll focus on the obvious (get away from abusers) and deflect attention from the horrible (nearly all parents are supposedly very abusive).

With SO many 'authorities' lying, it is refreshing for someone to NOT lie or spin. Useful site full of interesting data and freebies, a voluntary donation is asked. Stef (and Christina) explain what is obscured by most. Stef's philosopher attitude of respect and questioning is quite apparent.
