Is freestylextreme.com Safe?

1. Freestyleextreme ships internationally with DHL. DHL changed the agreed delivery dates and times multiple times for that particular product without telling me at all or only on short notice. I finally got the item one week later than necessary after much hassle and many phone calls. Another week later I get an additional 35$ bill from DHL for customs. The customs fee was 0.00$. The 35$ was entirely for DHL. This is by far the lousiest experience I've ever had with any postal service in Europe. 2. I asked for a discount because of their "Preisgarantie" (Price Promise). Only under Preisgarantie they mentioned nothing about the better offer needing to be in the same currency. They hid that under another heading misleadingly called "Geschäftsbedingungen". In German, this second title is misleading and is not natually understood to have anything to do with the "Preisgarantie". They didn't give me the reduction. At the same time, they sold the same item I was odering in the currency (dollars) where I found a cheaper price. All in all, it's been an extremely lousy experience. The only good thing is the item itself. Luckily it was manufactured by a better company.
