Is ftvgirls.com Safe?

Malware / Virus Infections in their zip files! My hard drive was clean when I fee subscribed to their website because, I previously and recently deleted all hard drive data, reinstalled operating system, drivers, Windows updates with anti-malware security program This website has indisputable malware evidence in it's photo and video zip file downloads! All the username and password data automatically browser remembered was deleted as a malware symptom, I didn't delete it myself manually from I.E. Tools, Internet Options! I have the only access to my computer. Also, the symptoms were my internet completely disconnecting and reconnecting a few seconds later and my ISP (Internet Service Provider) stated after testing there was no problem from their end. Also, the final malware symptom is my Windows Update settings would change (without my permission) to "never receive updates" (Microsoft doesn't recommend) because, could harm your computer!
