On funniermoments.com you can watch cartoons and anime online for free. Their cartoon library is huge. Mostly older cartoons from the 1900s to mid 2000s. I would say they've got 95% of all the older cartoon network, nickelodeon and fox kids shows. And they add new shows all the time. No download is needed. Just choose an episode and watch. They do have some ads, but it's not annoying. And they do a great job, so you shouldn't block them (in my opinion). The video quality is great. No annoying tv logos, and the site is fast and nice looking. It's family friendly and works on every device that I've tried (PC, smart tv, ipad, android mobile and kindle fire).
