Is gaia-health.com Safe?

People who believe in conspiracy theories, and people who believe that vaccines cause Autism, GMO is bad etc. (none of which has ever been scientifically proven) will like this website and claim that some trolls rated this website as bad. No, there is no malware, spam, pop-ups etc. on this website, it will not do anything bad to your computer. But that doesn't make this website safe, and therefore the bad reputation. And no, it's not merely differences in opinions, this website is misleading, full of pseudoscience, don't go there if you're looking for scientific facts because you won't find them. Pseudoscience is not just annoying, it is also dangerous.

Appalling website that is a menace to public health and safety. It is virulently anti-science, anti-medicine and anti-vaccines. avoid this site if you value your health and the health of your children. If you don't give a shit about either, dive head first into sickening cesspool of lies and woo that is Gaia Health. I've rated it as "Hate, discrimination" because it repeats the most disgusting of all anti-vaccine lies: They claim that Shaken Baby Syndrome is caused by vaccines! No, damn you, you filthy lying scum! SBS is caused by child abusers who beat, shake, and torture defenceless infants, and your obscene lies are giving an out to criminals who deserve to rot in jail for their crimes

Some REALLY, REALLY DANGEROUS medical advice on this site. Anyone with the smallest amount of biomed education will tell you some of the advice/opinions on this site can cause severe damage to health. The basis the author gives is entirely religious and not grounded in fact. Read for a laugh by all means but make sure you get independent advice from a health professional! NB: I am not part of "Big Pharma" or a "capitalist pig". Far from it. I use generic medications, and I definitely am as "anti-corporation" as it's possible for a person to get. However I am also very well versed in the way vaccines and pharmaceutical drugs work, and as a father I think it's absolutely sickening that someone would not consider giving their child a vaccine based on something they read on the Internet, specifically discredited & biased research by persons struck off the medical register in several countries around the world. But WoT is not the place for this so I will close by saying - seriously, please, DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH! Grr. Yes, I am angry. :(

This site provides alternative views, some have not been developed through thorough scientific analysis, but are great for discussion. Most negative comments here are opposition to the views expressed, not anything wrong with the website. Sad. You had my respect up until today WOT. Consider renaming yourself GONE.

The information on this sight may be controversial for some, but ( particularly the article on Autism) matches very closely with the views of many health care professionals, as well as a lot of my own and my family's personal research on the subject.

Pro-vaccine trolls are sufficiently active on WOT, to bias anti-vaccine sites to the red. When a site that comments on vaccines is badly rated by WOT, I approach the site carefully and read the WOT comments. If I see no web tricks, and the info looks good, I make it a point to enter my own rating and comment. I suspect the vaccine makers hire people to slander these sites on WOT.

Gaia Health provides a refreshing, enlightened alternative to the commercial media's predominantly profit driven, lockstep conformity. excellent articles backed by a realistic perspective on the nature and value of health care resources and research. strongly recommended.

This valuable natural-health information website is very safe to surf and has excellent referenced information on the vaccine dangers we are never told about by our doctors. It's getting an erroneous low rating because pharmaceutical industry paid shills are incorrectly down-rating it as they don't want you being made aware or scared by the many harmful ingredients that actually ARE in vaccines, the many allergies and chronic illnesses (sometimes lethal) that are caused by the OTT vaccine schedule, and they just want to censor the truth about the VERY REAL vaccine dangers. Their well researched articles have excellent information that every parent should read BEFORE considering getting their child vaccinated according to the extremely exorbitant, scientifically untested and unsafe vaccination schedule. Learn now - don't regret later. Educate yourself before you vaccinate your children. You will be glad that you did.

WOT has been hijacked by people who disagree with the info. It seems religious nuts and regular healthcare practitioners object to the info. But that doesn't make the site untrustworthy. Disgraceful that WOT doesn't check ratings themselves as it makes a mockery of the good intent of this site.

Aha, schon wieder ein Haufen rote Pünktchen... da war die Pharma -und Artzlobby wieder mal am Werk... Erstaunlich, daß alle Webseiten, die über natürliche/alternative Heilpraktiken berichten oder kritisch gegenüber die Pharmaindustrie & co. ausnahmlos negativ bewertet werden... Fazit: die WOT Bewertung darf man nur mit der Pinzette (an)nehmen, nichts ersätzt eine gesunde, lobbyfreie Meinung über solche Themen.

WHY I PLAN ON LEAVING WOT! I find it disappointing to see a site get downgraded on the basis of it's content which is basically a person's right to free speech. I could see grounds if the site is harmful via exploits, tracking etc.. BUT to give it a poor rating based on someone's personal point of view instead of allowing freedom of expression is lame and undemocratic. It weakens WOT's value and credibility.

This site gives useful information about health issues and problems arising from questionable clinical practices. Can be used as a platform for further research. There are many issues that the mainstream media do not, or will not, for commercial reasons investigate.

Honestly, I'm getting sick of the WOT service and am about to delete it completely. So far it has only helped me stay away from one website that was stealing people's money and not sending products. Otherwise all I seem to find are negative reviews about websites that don't line up with mainstream thought. Claims about this site being unscientific and quackery don't help legitimate reviews of websites. This site gives a different opinion. It is informative and allows a reader to make their own decisions with more information and different points of view.
