Is gamer-heaven.net Safe?

So, I've used this site in the past to buy my brother an assassin's creed thing. Can't recall what it was, however, it did arrive. We never had to worry, and we did receive the item we bought. I think it was a hoodie, Idk, but he ended up loving it. These negative reviews I'm seeing are making me question the site, but then again, I know from personal experience that they've delivered. The one thing I don't like about the site is the lack of information on some items. Like the messenger bags. They don't tell you the size of laptop's it can hold. Which is probably the worst thing you could do when selling bags for laptops lol. As for the site's trustworthiness.. That's really up to you to judge. Take the precautions necessary to ensure a refund if you don't get what you want. Idk how one would go about doing that, but if its doable, then do it.

I preordered a Destiny hoodie from here. I had to wait several months for them to start shipping, but once they posted that the hoodies had arrived, mine was shipped almost immediately. I was even able to change the item I ordered and the shipping address with no issues whatsoever.

Seems this one is just another "Too good to be true and it probably is" retailers who supposedly sell nice things but those things when ordered never materialize and they then never answer any support questions or worse still have no contact details this is a classic example of why people must think about the source of a product before clicking away to order it. Highly suspect scam site.

Ordered 2nd of Jan, 16th of Jan first comment on the item from another user. 5th of March, my order is still in "awaiting shipment" and customer support replies "stock has started to arrive now". Unreliable and scammy. Do not use.

I ordered a hoodie from this site as the reviews were favourable about the product and the site. I'm not sure if I misread the information or it was changed after my order was placed (via paypal), but it went from available to pre-order only, which was confusing as I placed my order in Feb 2015 and there were reviews from as far back as Oct 2014 - plus the hoodie design was based on a game that had been out for well over a year. I quickly emailed them to get an ETA for my product, but other than an automated reply, saying they had acknowledge my query, I had nothing from any customer service team. However, several days later I received an email informing me my product had shipped (it states there was online tracking, but it just said the information was unavailable) and I received it a few days later. It appears as shown on the website, was in good condition and made of good quality materials. So far I am completely satisfied with my purchase and the service I received, despite the initial delay (order date 18/02/2015, received item 27/02/2015). I'm not sure about previous reviews regarding the trustworthiness of this site, due to not receiving their products and their queries going unanswered, even after several months. My brother-in-law has also purchased from them and had no problems. Perhaps be weary and use a credit card so you'll have consumer protection insurance when buying if there are problems. Good luck.

Ordered a jacket for my son back in October of 2014. Stills shows "awaiting shipment" as of February 24th, 2015. Have made multiple attempts to contact via email and the website but have yet to receive a single response. The "expected" date keeps getting pushed back and I'm now believing that the product availability will never come. I will never again do business with this website.
