Das Reparatur-Mangement arbeitet "vollautomatisch". Der Kunde hat sich anzupassen !!! Mir wurde ein Gerät mit defektem Akku geliefert. Auf meine Anmeldung zur Reparatur erhielt ich immer wieder die Aufforderung, das Gerät upzudaten, bzw. zu resetten. Dann war mehrfach die Rede davon ich erhielte "Unterlagen zugeschickt". Es wird nichts zuigeschickt, sondern lediglich eine Nummer mitgeteilt. Dann muß ich noch das Porto zahlen (für ein defekt geliefertes Gerät) und obwohl ich diese Nummer auf dem Päckchen vermerkt habe, wurde die Annahme VERWEIGERT. Es mag ja sein, daß die Geräte gut sind, der Service ist es jedenfalls NICHT.
