I have been trying to cancel my acct for 2 wks. They will not cancel it eventhough my browser blocks the adds

Anti Malware blocked a supposed $250 add. Ptr site offering $50 pay for reading adds. Big scam. Owner admits his scamming nature on line in poem form refer PTR Investigations. Also they will not remove my e-mail address from there contact list
