Is goigi.com Safe?

I am the Marketing Manager of a $4M home improvement company. We went with GOIGI because the price was so reasonable. They contracted with us for desktop graphics, video production and a web site. The process was painful and slow, and I would characterize it as tedious. While slow the desktop graphics were satisfactory. My owner was frustrated by the pace, and insisted that 'something' be posted. The site specifications called for 'up to' 75 pages. The something that was ready at the time was perhaps 25 pages. In order to get 'what was ready' posted we had to make final payment. So we did. They never completed the earlier submitted additional pages, never used the transmitted SEO materials, the submission forms don't function correctly, the mobile site places us in the wrong state and the mobile phone numbers are illegible. And you know how it works, they're not returning my calls. MY RECOMMENDATION: Don't hire this company for any time sensitive, or mission critical project, and CERTAINLY NOT for any project with a value over a few hundred dollars...
