Bei Münch ist der Kunde nur mittel zum Zweck. Es geht nur darum viel Geld mit den Gebrächen des Kunden zu machen. Erschwirte Arbeitsbedingungen für die Mitarbeiter sie haben keine Rechte. Wer sich nicht den Gesetzen von Thomas Münch unterwirft wird herausgemoppt, bis zum bitterem Ende. Nach dem Motto "Bei M&H wird keiner entlassen alle gehen freiwillig. "
