Since it is remote access that probably has triggered a number of false security positives. Also, it may be a good service- which I believe used to be totally free. I prefer to use dedicated programs for remote assistance instead.

Not good, if it is Citrix i was using it for McAfee Support, Download COMODO Internet Security and detects i as a virus THANK YOU COMODO!
