If this was a good company they would ask you for money or stop you from viewing unless you do this. Its most likely a scam because if you want business you would let people see your work and then order what you need.

Redirects from ***** Almost certainly fraudulent-- implies that you've "won" a valuable prize after answering just four questions ("something for nothing"!) then prompts for your cell phone number without saying why it's needed. No company information, giveaway rules, privacy policy, or other details are offered. That should be enough to send any sensible user right to the "close" box.
