The store has pretty much disappeared with no effective way to contact them. They continue to charge for subscriptions without the customer having the ability to cancel. Live phone support has been discontinued and customers are prompted to get support via their web site. The steps they provide do not exist on the website. Bogus phone number for support is listed as ***** but only gives a message that phone support is discontinued.

They seem to be part of a campaign to cause users to be unwittingly directed to their site by adware embedded as plug-ins in various freebie Android apps. I sure wouldn't trust them.

Did not deliver the Joikuspot license I ordered. Did not react to 3 customer care tickets I entered. After about 2 weeks, they did issue a refund. Bottom line: wasted 2 weeks and quite some effort for nothing.

Difficult to get refunds when warranted. Web Support took 2 weeks and 5 days. Finally a call to warm body helped resolve the issue.
Purchased software and after paying got a trial version that suggested I purchase again.
