Is hellofresh.com Safe?

Although I have had trouble with a shipment before the actual website is trustworthy and support contacts are decently reliable (i used their email contacts). The website's features are not exactly intuitive and dont give as much information as I'd like (it takes awhile just to find out how much money you are paying for their services on your account) but none of this has to do with the trustworthiness of the site. Child safety is a non-issue.

UPDATE: I never did receive a promised partial refund after receiving a package of bad mushrooms. It's now May and the refund was promised in February. I quit as when I called customer service twice I could reach no one, nor could I leave a voicemail message. The website does list a toll free number which I called with no luck of reaching a real person to help. I was also promised a partial refund after receiving some bad produce. So far the refund has not been applied to my charge account. I used a social activities account to make contact and was promised a partial refund. The food is good but I would be a bit cautious of the customer service.
