Dont listen to people, even who sell it. Herbalife is a 45 year old company works within knowledge of science to create high value nutritional products. Dont blame them if shady people exploit innocent people via their brand name... Its a business model and not everyone can succeed in every business... Very low cost to try... But people make it look very rewarding and profitable... They fool people and get them to buy high volume of products... Do your own research and talk with the company itself if you are suspicious. Im also a distributor from Turkey. This is one of the most established companies in network marketing sector. Got the most detailed and in depth rules on how the system works. Yet they cant prevent people from scamming each other...

Pyramid scheme. Don't go near it.

Based on the sheer number of Federal Trade Commission (FTC) complaints (hundreds of megabytes of PDFs available at their Frequently Requested Records page: https://www.ftc.gov/about-ftc/foia/foia-reading-rooms/frequently-requested-records), I would advise caution when dealing with Herbalife or its independent distributors, in particular if invited to become a "member" or offered business opportunities that go beyond your purchase of a product or supplement. The above-linked complaints include congressional requests to the FTC Chairperson for a probe based on allegations concerning the marketing and business practices of herbalife, as well as the attached complaints from many constituents. Also be wary of dietary advice claims made regarding regulatory oversight or approval of Herbalife's products. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has issued a warning (http://www.fda.gov/AboutFDA/CentersOffices/OfficeofFoods/CFSAN/CFSANFOIAElectronicReadingRoom/ucm427010.htm) to Herbalife for, among other things, "mischaracteriz[ing] FDA's role with regard to dietary supplements" in an advertisement.

Pseudoscientific health claims and economic pyramid scheme.

Yes, the site is operated by sales person for a pyramid company. But, the product has been out a very long time. My husband and I sold the product line, and used the product line. I used the weight loss shakes, bars, and supplements for different health issues. Before, using the products, since I have been disabled since 2005; I lost a lot of weight without starving my self. It helped my diabetic issues, and I had a lot more energy. My doctor approved me to using the product line. For, once I was feeling healthy. As fare as the earning income part of it; a lot details are disclosed to one, after getting into the business. Instead of $399 to earn 25 % or Supervisor level to earn 50 %. Their is money to be earned. But, you do have to devote a lot of time to the business. The first year does not show a large profit margin.

I reluctantly went to a friends house who had a Herbalife "presenter". He stated all sorts of unsubstantiated health benefits (like the heart attack one above) that no one with a ounce of scientific objectivity would even look at. I personally believe he was full of it. Even if he was telling the truth, there is no way to know if Herbalife did anything. I did hear that one became a distributor, and like most, made very little money. Boy, did he talk about riches. I doubt if he ever achieved any of them either. IMHO Herbalife is a borderline pyramid scheme. I am not the only one who believes this. Here is an article about a major financial hedge fund manager who feels the same way. *****

Very good products and they worked for me and others. I know of an 80 year old man who had massive heart attacks and got started on herbalife... he's now walking from Long Beach to Chinatown almost daily without problems, and no more fatigue or medicine for him. He used to see his doctor once or twice a week, and now he only sees him twice a year for checkup. Their aloe vera is top of the line... I noticed my hair getting thicker when I take them. I don't care if it's MLM or pyramid... as long as the product works and of high quality, compared to others that don't work, but only piling up more junk inside your body.

It's low quality, but someone likes it.

Vente pyramidale, interdit. Et les produits ne sont pas forcément recommendables.

WOW! Are you kidding me? This company has been around for years and has managed to continue to remain solid, and even profitable, in a seriously critical economy and crashing stock market. Herbalife stands behind it's 100% money back guarantee. I know because I've had things returned, replaced, or refunded; no problems at all. The products work. Not only do they work, they are the safest thing I've ever come across in the market place. As a Master Personal Trainer and Nutrition Adviser, for almost 30 years, this is among the top 5 most professional, safe, trustworthy, and effective companies out there. So sorry for whomever had a bad experience. This most definitely had to have come from a bad egg, not a bad company.

Very good products!

This site offers many good products to the customers that satisfy them and earn them extra income. I would like to recommend Herbalife.

Because this is a network marketing company, the value of service is determined by the person you buy from, an individual that is supposed to operate under the guidelines of the company. Whether this person does that however, will obviously be reflected in the service you recieve. With that being said, Herbalife's values, policies and guidelines for its distributors, as laid out in it's distributor manuals, are those of the highest quality, ethics and integrity.

This is no more than a pretty pyramid scheme.

Лет 15 назад эти товариши достали огромное количество народа наклейками <Хочешь похудеть - спроси меня как> Уйма потраченых денег, иногда не без вреда здоровью. К онлайн версии доверия тоже отсутсвует. [http://zhurnal.lib.ru/k/kuharewa_a_s/legal.shtml]

it has bad customer experience and spam

I've seen so many complaints about their service on grievance sites (sites designed to warn others of bad online businesses) that it's best to assume this site is all bad.
