That means anyone can do anything.
So beware of the sites that require you to download software & viruses.

All free web hosting companies have low ratings because of the few that phish and do illegal things. Thankfully hostinger learnt and didn't host it on their main domain. I have used this for a few days and it has been great, except for the Estonia ccTLD setting off a few blacklists.
