I found my house using Housing Anywhere. It was fast, convenient, and secure. I'd recommend it to any student. One problem is that the platform has a shortage of listings compared to the demand of people searching. (However, that's less of an issue with Housing Anywhere and more so an issue of a student population that is outgrowing the city). I hope more and more people will make their rooms available on Housing Anywhere so that more and more students can find housing more easily.

I am going to use Housinganywhere for my upcoming graduation internship abroad. I already gathered some opinions from friends of mine, and also already made an account. I was amazed by the fact that you could only make an account with your university email. This made me realize that it makes a website more safe. I am curious when i put my room on the website and see what kind of responses I will get. For now it looks good and heard positive stories!

Very good website for students going abroad.Safe and scam free. only bad thing is that in some locations their is a low selection of apartments.

It's a housing platform mainly for students. Good that they take extra care to keep transactions safe, since I've had friends who got scammed out of their money when they just replied to an ad on facebook and transferred the money straight to the scammer. In this website you pay a commission for the secure booking, so it costs but for me it's worth it because I don't trust random facebook advertisers anymore.

I found this platform very useful! It helped make my study abroad that much easier. Super safe and a great platform to find short term accommodation with affordable prices. Ideal for exchange students. Highly recommended!

-- REMARKS -- SADLY YOU GET A LOT OF "RENTED OUT" RESULTS If you search for a property, there are also "rented out" places in the list result, it's not really handy. TOO HIGH FEES HousingAnywhere charges 50% of the first month’s rent to the tenant, that's extremely high. A reasonable fee would be max. the 10% of the first month. -- POSITIVE -- CLEAN AND INTUITIVE WEBSITE Just started to use this site, the interface is intuitive and clean, lets see if I find a place!
