Cannot set up an account no matter what I do and can't get any help WITHOUT having an account setup. Every time you call them all you get is a recording trying to sell you more of their services or make you do surveys. Non-existent customer service - AVOID.

Really only for adults insured by or interested in Humana. Humana is a great insurance carrier, especially if you are retired and have a secondary insurer

Humana is scamming medicare patients, they haven't paid my doctor visits since April 2011 and today is Sept 23 2011 they keep telling me I have a primary insurance carrier which was closed out in March 2011, their multitude of call centers can not communicate with their computer system and it goes on and on after calls, letters more calls etc IF YOU CAN AVOID Humana I would do just that
