I like how hyves enabled me to find long lost friends from the past and share all kinds of things with them. They do have to work on their privacy issues.

Great site, poor privacy-policy, but everyone should be aware of that by now i guess... ;)
Another thing is that the operation of the site is not that consistent and/or intuïtive... Sometimes, it just doesn't work, usually because the developers wanted to make it look "sleek"... ;(

heel populaire sociale netwerksite
heel overzichtelijk en duidelijk, hyves biedt heel veel mogelijkheden om met je vrienden in contact te blijven. Ook andere opties zoals dingen kopen en verkopen zijn voorhanden.

De site zelf is erg goed, maar veel hangt ook van de gebruikers af. Ik ben echter nog nooit kind-onvriendelijke inhoud tegengekomen. Wel opletten met privacy, dingen die je op je pagina zet kunnen bekeken worden door andere gebruikers. Dit kun je wel zelf instellen.

Have recently stopped using this site, as it is more interested in monitoring your activity in order to send more "direct" advertising your way, than in actually being the social network that it once was. :.(
Been much more pop-ups than used to be, very glad I have adblock and noscripts, makes the site so slow defending against this that I have after 3yrs decided to dump it.

I really like the site, not just because it looks good(A)
but mostly because you can keep in touch with old friends you wont speak to at msn, or you can respect photo's!!:D:D
