Is iberia.com Safe?

Iberia offers a solid flight experience, for a low-budget airlines company. Compared to other airlines from its category, the customer service they provide is much better. However, the prices can be steep if you expect low fares. Sometimes I get surprised at how pricey the tickets are to some destinations. And as it is normal for low-budget airlines, expect flight delays and cancellations to happen. It happened multiple times to me once, even my flight got delayed for 8 hours just after I got to the airport.

Ni telefono ni e-mail para reclamar. Nunca tienen la culpa ellos. Solo se reclama via correo postal o en el juzgado. Las hojas de reclamaciones no sirven porque no se atienen a ningun arbitraje. Que dios os pille confesados si teneis alguna reclamacion con estos estafadores.
