It's the official website of the technology faculty of the TU Dresden. The link posted by the people who reported this site as spam states that they made a mistake. There is no spam.

Ich persönlich habe von dieser Seite noch nie Spam erhalten, es handelt sich um die Website des Fachschaftsrates der Fakultät für Informatik der TU Dresden. Daher kann ich auch nicht verstehen woher die schlechten Bewertungen kommen
