Is igvault.com Safe?

I made multiple purchases on this website and so far more than half of them have been taken back yet none of my money is being refunded there's typically a 7-Day warranty on all your purchases and within the 7 days if you dispute the transaction because nothing matches the advertisement it's still nearly impossible to get your refund they just keep denying it but then you get stuck with something that wasn't as advertised and then the account you purchased is taken back from you the information is changed and it is reposted by a different seller

1. Vendors sell you accounts with bad login info, then respond to your refund request with, "DENIED." IGVault customer support says "sorry, you needed to contest their denial, your $#*!ed." 2. Vendors sell you accounts that you play on for 30 days and have ranked up from "Unranked" to "Platinum" over hundreds of hours, then you received a message "Your account has been logged in by another user so you have been logged out." Appallingly, you realize that the vendor has resold your account out from under you, and someone else is playing on your account (and RESET all your customer hotkeys, mouse settings, resolution, champion runes......) WOW IGV, great experience! Thanks! (how much funnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnn, after 30 days on an account, I now get to try to reset all of my custom hotkeys and "hope" that whoever you sold my account details to doesn't log me account again, lose matches and reset all my settings again. Chat the vendor? They don't respond. Get the vendor banned? You will not be surprised to learn that they already have dozens of other aliases. A fact which I discovered by (foolishly) purchasing from a "Different vendor," who later changed their name to the same as the original con (unsurprisingly). IGVault: Purchase from IGvault if you want to waste your time leveling up an account, only to log in and see that the vendor has resold it. Purchase from IGvault if you love "Unresolved tickets (but they emaileed the vendor!)", and LOVE wasting hundreds of hours on accounts only to have them resold out from under you. Purchase from IGVault if you're *F U C K I N G I N S A N E*

A lot of 5 star reviews with horrible grammar. Mostly bots or people trying to boost IGVaults ratings. It's a scam, most people you buy from are scam artists. I purchased 74USD of an in game currently of about 10,000,000 in that currency. Only got 10,000 of it then was presented a photoshopped photo of my in-game name with no match to the games front. Zero, and I mean zero ways of contacting customer service. you have to "freeze" the transaction and deal with a complaining scam artist with again.. no way of contacting the 3rd party vendor. If this site would let me post pictures I would.

Sellers give you banned/blocked accounts and scam you, and if you agree with seller on refund they will process it but you will not receive any money. They simply change it to delivered again. I end up scammed as they changed my order from 'being refunded' to delivered every time and now they removed/blocked my account from website. IGVault only choose for seller side in case of discussion, you end up scammed all the time. Stay away !!

Trust at your own risk. How are you guys giving out 5 stars like that? Ive been waiting over 12 Hours, with minimal support for an item that allegedly has INSTANT DELIVERY and IN STOCK Theyre also not refunding me whatsoever, telling me to "have patience your code will come first" I Dont know if im the only one, but giving out 5 stars here and there seems suspicious. Especially for an item that is in stock with alleged instant delivery too.

RIP OFF DO NOT BUY. This website is fast and accurate for the most part. however, I bought an account for League of Legends and after receiving the account I was in a discord playing on the account. very big well known discord. I was approached by someone who recognized my name being the same name as the account I bought and they said that the owner is taking the account back. I messaged the seller after being unable to log in as the password had changed and i got very little replies and I am unable to contact that seller again after requesting a refund. I also am unable to live chat is it redirects me back to the seller who which is not responding and I am no longer able to message. My conclusion is that site will sell you accounts then take them back if they want them and refuse to refund you. Rip off and I do not recommend it.
