Is iherb.com Safe?

5 days ago I bought a lot of useful things from this site. I found a perfect face cream and pilling and it was 25% discount!!!! I am sure that this stuffs will help me, because I read many reviews from their customers. I always recommend this site to my friends.

They're a reputable enough company, but unlike Swanson vitamins they do make mistakes from time to time and their customer services is in the Philippines. So, when you need something fixed you will deal with a person in the Philippines who has no interest in making things right and doesn't care about the company reputation. If you request a return because they have sent you the wrong thing, they may decline it at first with an abrupt "Your return request has been denied" email, even if you have spent thousands on iherb products over the years. When I received my last order, something was missing and I chose the option to have it reshipped but instead I was (eventually) refunded without explanation about why it was not reshipped. Since it wasn't my fault, they should reship it if I request this. They need to fix their systems, improve their customer service and stop blaming customers for their mistakes.

Ну что можно сказать, если нужны мелкие лекарства и срочно, но магазин не для вас. А вот если нужны не в столь короткие сроки, но довольно дорогие лекарства, то вам сюда. тут впринципе цены нормальные, но можно ещё раздобыть скидки ***** , что позволит существенно сэкономить. Но то что заказывал, всё устраивало!

This is a reputable vendor, though they offer some "health" products that are of questionable provence. The company has a bad habit of sending spam automatically even after NOT signing up for newsletters. This should not be happening. Apparently, this company is using "exacttarget.com" – a company that is known for violating anti-spam laws and this is a BIG minus.

I ordered some items from this website, once I received my parcel I realized there was 1 missing item, but instead I received another item which I did not order. I emailed them and one of the customer representatives replied me and apologized for the mistake. Then, she immediately refunded the amount that I had paid. However, I told her that I did not want a refund and instead I wanted my missing item to be sent. Unfortunately, she said that she couldn't reship the missing item due to the international address (which I didn't know why). The fact that it wasn't my fault at all made me feel really disappointed with their customer service!!!
