I have made - or tried to make - three purchases from this site. The first one was ok otherwise, except they sent one extra pen drive and charged for it, too. The second one was an order of mangoes (season in India) and they said they could not supply! This was their explanation after several enquieries. Third one was a book, which they never shipped even though they claimed so. I had to ask for a refund after 40 days of waiting and inform my credit card company. It seems that they kind of "forget" the shipments, and hope that the customer does so, too. Avoid these people, very bad service. And lots of spam, too.

I have to agree with prakashr - over a year later, and the unsubscribe policy has not changed.

They make it as difficult to unsubscribe. for unsubscribing you need to login, and as i could not remember the user account name it was simply impossible to login , same with forgot password. so if u want to unsubscribe you have a terrible time.
