I ordered 1000 hits, and ended up being charged for top up services also which I didn't order. I am an SEO, and monitor my traffic, demographics, etc very closely, and I have not received anything apart from my normal traffic. They also do not submit to Google with the top up. When I chatted with them, they gave me a story about how hit's don't show up with their services. So you are supposed to just believe them. What's the point anyway? Google wants to see the traffic. I have requested a refund, something tells me I am out of luck./

They charged my account out of the blue from one of my websites that has been down for quite some time. They refused to give me refund and said that they had already processed my order for this ***** could they do this on a website that has been down for some time? They closed our chat session and i can no longer go into the chat session...i guess they have me on some kind of ip block. I will have to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back
