Is infusionsoft.com Safe?

This site is super helpful to automate a small to medium size business' email and all marketing plus manage clients and steps in the sales funnel. People are complaining about spams from infusionsoft. That is from other companies who are using their services. Follow the infusionsoft link from the email and you will end up at the real site. Rate them for spam. It really depends how the user use the service. Would you blame the store selling you a shoes if many people would have the same shoes, but some of them would step on your feet? Deal with the person (email sending company) instead of the shoe store (infusionsoft). I am just a user, but the ratings are misguiding.

People's negative ratings and comments are not objectively based on Infusionsoft or its products, but are based rather in how others are utilizing their services. It's like blaming the hardware store because someone smashed your window with a hammer. Dumb. This company has won numerous awards and ranks high as a reputable and trustworthy small business. Plus, they treat their employees with a remarkable degree of respect. As in... the employees are treated like people. Infusionsoft even employs Dream Managers. Seriously, how many companies do you know that employ Dream Managers??

Source of spam. I am getting unsolicated advertising from other companies who are using infusionsoft.com for sending their spam. Spam sucks. Companies who spam really suck. Companies who provide the meanns for others to spam are the suckiest of the suckers.

Infusionsoft is a SaaS CRM provider. They have pretty strong spam controls on their customers' automated emails. Whatever your complaint about the product, I have to agree with others: downvoting the top-level domain is ill-considered. The site is legit.

***** sells a service to others. Some of the subdomains might not be trusted, but please do not rate down infusionsoft.com as the top level domain. It hurts legitimate businesses like mine that use infusionsoft. Please rate the subdomain (ie xxx.infusionsoft.com). Or direct complaints to Infusionsoft. They listen.

The company does not stand behind its product very well. They often loose information from the databases and connecting with them for service is often a gamble. Sometimes they respond and sometimes they don't. Although many people use it, there are still MANY bugs in the program which makes the experience a negative one.

This company provides an automated "full service" API for spam factory businesses. Even the spammers hate it: hxxp://www.jongales.com/blog/2009/01/12/infusionsoft-is-awful/ (The above page was safe on the date of this comment. To view it, change hxxp to http.) This company claims the spam is ("double") opt-in, meaning "you asked for it"; however, I never opted-in and I have gotten several spam emails via their service. Don't throw away your money or reputation at any site which contains the domain name infusionsoft.com.

I slowly begin to wonder about WOT's reputation. Why do you allow people to post negative comments of zero substance? Infusionsoft is one of the fastest growing companies in the US who recently got $50m funded by Goldman Sachs. Just because they're providing a Sales & Marketing solution doesn't make them a bad guy. Or would you give BMW bad ratings too, just because some of their customers drink and drive? I would encourage people to do some research before leaving bad ratings and posting misleading comments.

I'm going to go out on a limb here. This is an email marketing service, which means the issues you are most likely experiencing are with the customers of InfusionSoft, not InfusionSoft themselves. They provide so many tools like double opt-ins and security notices. BUT if the customer chooses not to use the tools, or GASP, abuse the system for spamming, it's the customers fault and you should be report THEM and their website, NOT InfusionSoft. InfusionSoft isn't sending you spam, other companies are using their services to spam their customers.
