Please read all these reviews... Insurance companies pulling personal credit reports WITHOUT permission! 10+ phone calls every day. A NIGHTMARE + ADDED STRESS!

Starts off like an inquiry into your car specs & driving habits. *** You will NOT get any info until you give them a bunch of personal data that gets sent to insurance vendors or agencies. No way to protect that info until it's too late. You will get on a dozen spam email or mailing lists for insurance whether you want it or not.

I would stay away from this site. It looks to me a way to collect email & phone #s & then sell your contact info to vendors. So many companies are doing this. Even the "reputable" companies we all trust. Radio Shack is doing it so they can grab some $ revenue for their bankruptcy.

This is another example of how bad the cyber world gets every single day. I do a lot of research and investigating websites on the internet every day. I can not disclose who I do this for but everything I say is legit. WOT is the BEST internet add-on/ extension ever created, it helps me a lot in what I do and also doing computer repair/ virus removal and do research on the things I find. Before this came out I ran my anti virus and 2 spyware programs to find bad sites and now WOT helps me out a lot more than I expected and peoples input and experiences on bad sites is so helpful. I still have to go into the registry and remove embedded keys but still less research. This site is definitely a very bad site and I want everyone to PLEASE read ratings before you enter any site marked poor and avoid problems with your computer and personal life. Use WOT to its fullest and save yourself from a lot of headaches and $$$ you pay for: 1. Your computer 2. your internet service 3.ONLY 1 anti-virus if you have two they conflict with each other and leave you open to virus attacks and loss of your PC 4 you should have two spyware programs on your PC... So there is a lot of money you have to spend to have a PC that will be safe and even though technology grows each day, no matter what type of PC you have you want to keep your personal info and not to lose it. One last thing is I highly recommend software to keep it running like new and has more security than Norton, MacAfee etc... Iolo's System Mechanic Pro... I have been using for over ten years now and all my customers now use. Not just an opinion it is a fact. I don't work for the company as I do not for WOT but I just like to help people as much as possible. Everyone works hard for their money and it's a shame to see people be so careless and lose everything stored on a computer for years. I hope my post helps anyone and everyone...

Here's a suggestion. Use the Firefox browser AND use two free add-ons: Adblock Plus and Flashblock. I was experimenting, as I occasionally do, to test their effectiveness. Looking at a Yahoo page without Adblock Plus enabled means you see a welter of obvious ads and a large number of concealed ones. Re-enable Adblock Plus and they are magically GONE. Flashblock means that embedded Flash videos do not load when you open a page, unless you choose to activate them. Magic.

Article links redirect to http://insurance.*****/?sub=homepage I believe that none of the subdomains of comparisons.org are suitable for children because of the deceptive way they advertise. I clicked on what I thought was an article, but was sent to their homepage.

Does not give you comparisons, instead you get bombarded with emails, phone calls and mail from dozens of companies that want to try to get you to switch your insurance to them. If they actually provided a side by side comparison, and didnt sell your information to insurance companies this site would be rated better.

This site is just an aggregator of information that is then resold. The owner of the site can sugar coat it all he/she wants to, but it's nothing more than a slick (and deceptive way) to get people to enter their personal info, including phone number and email address, who are in search of promised cheaper car insurance. Instead you get bombarded with phone/email by supposed businesses you've never heard of trying to sell you something. One of them even got my home phone number! It reeks of scam, though all it's been is inconvenient and annoying to me, mostly with phone calls at dinner time and later.

Spam, suspected phishing/scam. Give it up, "mediaforce".

This is a lead source company, you enter your information and it will sell your phone number to numerous agents that will non-stop call you to try and sell you. If you click the bottom it clearly states that the video is a advertisement and is not from a news coverage. "The owner receives payment for each qualified potential customer referral" Directly taken from their page. This is just a lead scam, agents pay to get these leads and they sell them to as many agents as they can, meaning you can have up to 10+ people calling. The sad fact is that the site needs to lie to get business. If this truly saved you money it wouldn't have a bad reputation, also what agent would tell you this anyway? They all claim they can save you money, what makes this any different besides it shipping your information to multiple agents. Quick fact add your number to the National Do Not Call List and by federal law they can't call after you've told them once, since putting your number into a website gives them a 90day window to call.

This was a push ad. If they were a reputable company they wouldn't need to push ads.

This site only reinforced my decision to stay with my insurance company. This site advertises that you can get rates AS LOW as $9/week, while most likely "as low as" means much more. My insurance rate currently is less than $7/week. Most all these insurance claims on TV is a bunch of BS... they all say you'll save $350-$600/yr. I'd like to save $350 off mine... it'd be free. I don't understand why they blow billions/yr in ads that are so blatantly full of BS. I mean, it can't possibly work? People can't be taking them seriously, can they? But they've been doing it for decades! So it must be working, else they'd be bankrupt by now, right? Damn, people are idiots! Later all. I have some nuclear landfill to sell to a developer. pwallen1962
