Is java.com Safe?

The once-famous programming language which has become a BASE for multiple video games back in the day, nowadays bears through tought times, because there are other languages, more advanced ones which are widely used. However, Java is believed to be an entry point for those to get into programming. I also took my first steps in this sphere due to the help of Java and this was an interesting experience. Anyway, they are obviously pioneers in everything that is connected to video games production and this can't be argued.

Why does the program itself not remove old versions before installing a new one? So much time has passed and still can not release the program in Russian. To understand the program to the end is difficult without knowledge of English. On the official website made detailed background information in Russian. And on program that, forces lacked? Удалить старые версии собственным деинсталлятором Java или другими средствами очень сложно, приходится тратить много времени. Почему программа сама не удаляет старые версии перед установкой новой? Столько времени прошло и до сих пор не могут выпустить программу на русском языке. Понять её до конца сложно без знания английского. На официальном сайте сделали подробную справочную информацию на русском языке. А на программу что, сил не хватило? На сайте нет возможности оставить отзыв о программе, хотя на сайте сказано, что можно. Видимо, админы избегают этого.
