I'VE BEEN USING JOE'S PET MEDS FOR A COUPLE OF YEARS NOW. I'VE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM AND THEY ARE QUICK TO RESPOND IF YOU HAVE QUESTIONS. IT'S SAFE AND SECURE.

Yes, they don't advertise the fact that they are in Australia. That being said, I have never had any disappointments with their products, service, or privacy concerns. It takes about 2-3 weeks to get their products to America, but they do ship promptly once the order is placed. I have found their prices to be the best I could find online for the products I order (cat flea control). I hope this helps to change their rating for the better.
