No info after 3 weeks, sent e-mail beginning of week, no reply, sent another end of week, no reply, sent a fax, no reply, called, was mocked by Daniel Russell on tape, who describes himself as CEO, then told I would get e-mail reply when I asked when material was due in. Waited, no reply, so I sent e-mail asking to cancel the order within the rules of the 30 days since order date policy, then got a reply saying it was back in stock and would ship in a few days, at which point I would have no ability to return the item. I had to call the bank to have the transaction reversed. Orders query on website is public, so no privacy exists whatsoever. Loads of shill positive reviews on ***** , while negative reviews are all totally plausible and accurate. Daniel Russell was rude to me, just like the negative reviews said he would be. Company changed hands since I last purchased from them with no problem. Try doing a background check for a Daniel Russell of New York/New Jersey showing bankruptcy proceedings. Think of the intimidation possibility here with the selling of grow lights and materials on the side combined with the no-login no-privacy order query. You can see in plain English on the resellerratings page that Daniel Russell puts the customers' private order information and contact info up there in retaliation for the accurate negative review. In addition, kalyx.com uses a similar logo to a legitimate supplement company Dr. Center's Earth's Bounty, earthsbounty.com, with which he clearly has no affiliation, and names one of his supposed warehouses, "Earth's Bounty". I would advise potential customers of this site, to cancel any orders while the site is online and order from a more reputable vendor.
