Is kaunsa.com Safe?

I ordered a Lumia 520 on 6th june and they said it will be delivered on 19th . But after seeing these rating I got afraid and called them as much as I can. Though they will take only one out of 25 calls you make they will definitely answer you, but not in aproper way. But I got my product ""delivered"" on 24th June through Bluedart. So I really dunno what to say about the site as the price they offer is very low compared to other sites

I bought a watch online (http://www.kaunsa.com/detail/4913/CASIO-EDIFICE-CHRONOGRAPH-EF-558-MENS-GENTS-WRIST-WATCH.html) and paid online, i received a confirmation email that the product will be received on 31st December, 2012. Ther company representative called on 31st and said that the courier boy is unable to find the address given. The address given is very clear, the representative asked to sms the address again, the address was sent. From that moment i didn't receive any information about the product, whether it is delivered or not. I didn't expect this kind of experience from kaunsa.com, i buy a lot online from other sites, all the products i ordered online were delivered at the same address. I tried to call them on customer care number 0120-4835000, it rings but no one is answering it. This is the worst experience i've had ever.
