Is kissmetrics.com Safe?

Great site to better understand your website's traffic and user interactions. Trust them inherently as we've been a client for a year, and more importantly, Neil Patel is behind Kissmetrics and he's one of the the most stand-up guys in the SEO/blogging industry.

The adverse comments and bad ratings here illustrate a fundamental flaw in our peer ratings system, which reminds me of the old driving adage: anyone who drives slower than I do is incompetent, anyone who drives faster than I do is reckless. This site is doing nothing unethical or illegal, nor anything that isn't done by Google Analytics on millions of websites. It's only wrong if one's privacy tolerance is very low. I love my WoT and most of the time it delivers a fantastic result, but sometimes it gets it wrong, and this is one of those times.

I`ve tried to verify those quotes on this site. But only ***** has reacted so far. i'm confused why people are saying these comments, kissmetrics is just one of the tools used by many websites for analytics. Google does the same thing with its Google Analytics tool. These tools are anonymous (unless you register with a particular website, but then you are giving information to the company anyways) and are used to make experience on websites better They are a very reputable company ***** https://twitter.com/#!/KISSmetrics P.S.
