Is kjmagnetics.com Safe?

Others seem to to like these guys. I wonder if they are shills or just plain lucky. KJM misrepresents some of the items offered. Examples: I ordered 'peel&stick magnets that had so little 'stick' that no matter what I tried them on that they would come 'unglued' the first time the items being held were removed, thus becoming useless for the intended use. My 'complaint was met with obfuscation. RETURNING THEM WOULD HAVE RESULTED IN A RESTOCKING FEE EQUAL TO THE $10 COST! I would have paid $10 + S&H for for nothing! Thinking that this was an aberration, rather than SOP, I ordered a couple of purportedly powerful switchable magnets ($50) that proved to have so little strength that they could not hold a light plastic dry marker board on a steel door. Even when I tried them on a heavy bench vise anvil I was able to pull them off without serious effort. Returning those would have cost me a $20 restock fee plus shipping & handling both ways. This is quite a little game. KJM makes an unearned but usurious profit whether the customer keeps items or returns them. I'm out $50 and S&H for magnets I have no use for. Offers accepted.
