Is kokuahawaiifoundation.org Safe?

If you order anything from the shop you flat out will never receive it. Then when you try to contact them nobody will ever respond to your inquiries. They are quick to take the money off your CC, so I know there's someone there. It's sad because the Kokua Festival used to be a great event. They didn't have one this year, and I wondered why. Now it's clear... financial hardship. Apparently this is how they're re-cooping some of their losses, by selling things on their online shop then never shipping the items. To make matters worse, the connection isn't encrypted. I'm always apprehensive about ordering things online from non-encrypted sites to begin with, but now that I know these people are scammers, who knows who has my information now? Pathetic. My next stop is the BBB.
