Is lastminute.com Safe?

If you're thinking to use Lastminute to plan your holidays, check their TrustPilot page first. They are practically fraudsters when it comes to cancellations. My flight was cancelled and I never got my money back after 1 year 7 months by now. And I am not alone

I've tried booking 2 tickets yesterday and at the end of the process got a message saying "The booking transaction made by [Removed] has been completed successfully. Due to a temporary technical problem we are unable to display the confirmation page at this time, however, you will receive your confirmation email shortly." I didn't get an email since and I don't see it under my booking on my account at lastminute.com. I've tried calling lastminute.com call center but it requires me to have a booking number which I didn't get. I've also tried using the online chat but I keep getting a message saying "Sorry, all agents are currently busy. Please retry later.". There is no way to get in touch with them. Keep Away.

Estoy muy contenta con esta web. Suele ser bastante común encontrar chollos para poder viajar a casi todo el mundo. De momento no he tenido ningún problema con esta web y por eso la considero muy fiable. Tal vez hace falta algo de mejora en la interfaz pues la navegación no siempre es sencilla.

I have paid more than 100 euro for a flight, they cancelled my booking with no reason and didn't refund me! Now I have to make a report to the police to claim my money back! Worst experience on the net!
