This business uses practices that are suspiciously like the online streaming scammers that take a bite out of the unwary victim's credit card to cancel trial services.

BAIT AND SWITCH SCAM SITE. They clearly state the forms are free at the front end. After you have given your information, you are required to give credit card info and are billed unless you cancel the charge at the end of a one week "trial" period ... assuming you can manage to pull off that cancelation. Good luck with that. Aside from setting up charges on your card, they will also be selling all the information you gave when filling out the forms online. AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.
